Register Affordable/Attainable Housing

Eligibility Requirement

Eligible candidates for Affordable Housing must meet the following criteria. These criteria are subject to change, and interested applicants should check regularly for updates.

Registered Voter in the Town of New Shoreham
Domiciled on Block Island twelve months of the year
Income eligible as determined by standards set by the State of Rhode Island, and/or the Town of New Shoreham. Current income levels cannot exceed 120% of the median income in the State of Rhode Island.
