Public Meetings and Agendas

You can receive email alerts from the Rhode Island Secretary of State’s Open Meetings Portal for any government body’s meeting dates, agendas, minutes, and other public information.

To access meeting information:

Step 1.
Go to:  https://opengov.sos.ri.gov/OpenMeetings

Step 2.
In the Public Bodies data field type: Block Island Housing Board, Upcoming Meetings for the Block Island Housing Board will appear.  Past meetings and any upcoming scheduled meetings will appear.

Step 3.
At the notice for Upcoming Meetings for Block Island Housing Board, you will see small hyperlinks for: RSS, Rex, and Email. Click on Email, and enter your email address in the field that appears.

Minutes and Reports

The Block Island Housing Board Minutes are also on the Rhode Island Secretary of State’s Open Meeting Portal.  They are at the bottom of the search page results under: Recently Filed Meeting Minutes for Block Island Housing Board

Reports concerning Affordable Housing are found with the board or commission that authorized the report. They are best found on the Town of New Shoreham’s Clerkbase portal:
