The O’Brien Affordable Housing Project

BIHB is now in the development stage of building eight duplexes (sixteen units), of which two units will be American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant. This project is known as the O’Brien Affordable Housing Development, Plat 18; Lot 2-3.

Town of New Shoreham voters on May 5, 2025 approved a $2M warrant to help fund this project. Estimated time to completion is June 2027.
